The test is the start to our nutrition REVOLUTION.. These next 3 months are going to be a time where we all, as a whole, become more conscious of what we're eating. Our initial goal at hype was not just to have you making 'healthier' choices but making choices based on performance needs as well. Sometimes there is a subjective difference between the two and we want to give you the tools to decide for yourself what the best choice to make is. There will be a point system that we will be able to decide an overall champion of the most health conscious individual within hype. The details will be emailed to all of you. There will also be monthly nutrition seminars to assess how we are doing throughout the journey. Macro nutrient adjustments are what we are really going to key in on during these three months so be prepared to start weighing and measuring food to make sure you're getting enough protein, carbs, and fats!
