4 Minutes - "Tabata" - Empty Bar Thruster 45/35- ME

*10 second rest in bottom position of thruster. If bar ever touches floor, you are not allowed to complete the following round.
** If 80 total reps are not completed by end of 4 mins - Penalty = 20 burpees + 200m run. penalty to be completed at end of round during rest

4 min rest

4 Minutes - "Tabata" - Pushups

*10 second rest in top plank position of Pushups. If chest ever rests on floor, you are not allowed to complete the following round.
** If 100 total reps are not completed by end of 4 mins - Penalty = 20 burpees + 200m run. penalty to be completed at end of round during rest

4 min rest

4 Minutes - Tabata - Russian Twists - 45/35

*10 second rest in V-position of twist w/ feet + back off floor. If feet ever touch floor, you are not allowed to complete the following round.
** If 120 total reps are not completed by end of 4 mins - Penalty = 20 burpees + 200m run

4 min rest

complete 20 burpees + 200m for time.
