Samson Stretch (15-30 seconds)
Overhead Squat with PVC
12 Min AMRAP (AMRAP - Rounds and Reps)
10 Burpee to Plate
15 KB Swings 70/53 ("Kettle Bell")
20 ABMAT Sit-Ups
