Working up to another 1rm this week. Going to prescribe a similar warmUp template for us to get there..

10 Slow Toe Touches

10 Speed Toe Touches

5 reverse burpees

 

- foam roll

-light warm up with bar for deadlift

 

A.) Set max on 1RM Deadlift

2x5 LIGHT and FAST reps

2x3 working up

2x2 working up

3x1 increasing for 1 rep max

 

B.) "Annie"

50-40-30-20-10

Double Unders

Situps

 

 

Hopefully some of us approach the 1000lbs mark in our 1 rep max deadlifts
