A.) Max Out Complex

1 Clean from floor +
1 Clean from low hang + 
1 Clean from Hi Hang +
1 Split Jerk

B.) 5 rounds for time

5 cleans (must be touch n go) 135/95
5 front squats
5 Jerks

*each round MUST be unbroken for round to count

what this means is... the bar can only touch the floor quickly on the cleans and other than that, its the only time the bar can touch the floor during the round. If you fail a front squat or Jerk.. the round must be started over from beginning to count.. This is going to teach us proper rest to work ratios to make sure we can do the whole complex unbroken.

Big News Ill be writing a post about tomorrow! also, dog run 5k is next weekend I believe so lets keep that in mind as well.
