Gymnastics heavy but be prepared for Saturday!

Ben learned a ton this weekend and it was awesome hearing his input on some upcoming workouts we programmed. Knowledge bombs like crazy. Should be fun. 

 

TodaysWOD we're switching the order up!

WarmUp

-lax ball

-Pistol warmup

-MuscleUp progression

A.) 4 rounds for time

4 muscle ups  

8 HSPU

12 pistol squat

200m run

 

B.)  set a 5RM front squat

 

 Reason we are doing squats at the end is because we are actualllllyyy going to lift this Saturday and set a 1rm front squat. So we're going to hit this 5rm fatigued and feel good for Saturday.
