I've been wanting to do this one for a while... And while it doesn't look like much.. I think it's a perfect prep to revisit a benchmark within the next 2 weeks... "Grace" will be making a comeback.

A.) max out

Then take 70% of max and do - 2(1+1) x 5

B.) grace prep -

2 mins rest

1 min ME clean n Jerks 135/95

2 mins rest
