A burner of a benchmark

Taking time to revisit some pullup technique today and apply it to a burner of a Benchmark.

We are looking for tight gymnastic form today. Controlled hollowed position with tight shoulders keeping rotaters safe. 

WarmUp

-800m run
- Foam roll
-Banded shoulder

A.) Kipping technique - (butterfly tech if kip is mastered)

3 sets max effort sets of pullups, most efficient form preferred. 

B.) "Helen" - 3 rounds for time
