mini fight gone bad

Deadlifts were solid today and everybody did well on the odd workout. Functional yet a bit annoying.. Either way. Today we're taking a part of what I feel is one of the hardest workouts to do well in, and going nuts on it... We also have our 1rm strict weighted chin today. So all around nasty day. 

todays WOD

a.) 5x3 push press 

all sets at 80% of max

b.) 1rm strict weighted chinup

c.) "mini fight gone bad" 

3 rounds-  for max reps

1 min ME Push Press 75/55

1 min ME box jumps 24/20" 

1 min ME sumo deadlift high pull 75/55

1 min rest

 

go absolutely nuts on as many reps as possible each minute. No such thing as pacing in this workout. You've only got one fresh energy burst so use it to your advantage and hammer out some reps on that first round.
