I want to thank EVERYONE for the birthday wishes and the card that almost all of you signed to surprise me with... Means more than you know to be able to spend the entire day from 6:30am to 9pm with all of my friends... I didn't leave the gym as it was exactly where I wanted to be.. spending it with my people.. Thank you again. This marks a new year and I'm feeling ready to work harder than ever and accomplish a few more ideas on the goal sheet.. Which means all of you are coming along with me.
