Elite-ness

 

Mixing strength, gymnastic skill, and endurance capacity all in one package will turn you into an elite athlete. It is our goal not to necessarily be the strongest, or the fastest, or the most coordinated, but to not suck at anyone one thing. Cool to see where people stacked up today as we measured an item from each of those domains. Some elite-ness was in the building.

Squat clean + split jerk

B.) wodapalooza 2015 qualifier wod 2

9 min AMRAP

3 power cleans 95/65

3 hang squat cleans

3 thrusters

30 double unders

* all barbell movements must be performed as an unbroken complex. Power cleans must be tap n' go, therefore it is 9 total reps in a set. If complex is broken at any time, you must complete 3 burpee over bar as a penalty.

Rest 4 mins
