This week we start a 2 week transitional cycle. Letting the body recoup a bit from consistent movement patterns. Working on some weaknesses along the way while continuing to fill up the leaderboard.

If you want on the leaderboard, not only does it have to be RX, the reps have to be legit!! No halfassery.
