Monster 111# (two 53lbs kettlebells + 5# plate... + belt.. So maybe 115#?)- 3 rep max strict chin last week.

Thursday is for all of the glory, so make sure you're in here for the 1 rep max strict chin.

We had 3 first time muscle ups today. I think that's a PR in my days as a coach.. Soon will be turning them into sets and seeing them more often in workouts.

A.) 5x3 Deadlift

All sets @ 80% of 1rm

18 dumbbell weighted sit-up 55/35
