My thoughts forever.. We are moving to a generation that judges on performance. Something that is not subjective. "Skinny/fat/bulky/muscly/veiny/flabby" are all subjective terms.. So drop all of them and get strong. Fck skinny.

Ring dips

We will work on ring tech during warmups. If you can readily do a strict set of 5 dips, tackle the RX. Otherwise hit up box dips to get a worthwhile workout in.
