Tomorrow morning The CrossFit Games starts on the beach. First event for individuals is 500m swim, 2 mile paddle board, 500m swim- for time.

Should be interesting seeing as no paddles are to be used and the boards are super narrow.

Today's WOD , deload accessory day 3

A.) 100 pullups for time

B.) 1 rep max strict chin

C.) barbell row 5x10

D.) clean and press 5x5

B, C, and D can be simultaneously as a large superset. #BackDay
