Some of the competition girls are wodding at 830am and working on their game plan for the wods next weekend. We'll be here from 830-12. As well as here later during the day at 630-7pm or so to workout again. Sunday we will be at gym working on the facility around 11am and are available to talk strategy with competitors. Break down each WOD and get all you girls ready! One way or another, just show up and workout...

CrossFit HYPE offers a constantly varied training program which eliminates the boredom of going to the standard gym and doing the same workout on repeat. Constantly varied workouts mean there is a new workout posted on this page every single day that has been programmed by our Coaches. It’s very rare at that we will do the same same workout twice, however, if we do, it is to test, and track, your progress from a previous attempt.
