Matthew update

Everyone's scared, no one wants to lift. This is us right now.


Gym is closed and power is off. Do some ROMWOD tonight. Read a book. Stretch some more. Chill out and relax.


Plan on the morning be closed, because we'll be sleeping. Will try and fire it back up tomorrow (Friday night) for a sick workout. Thinking 5pm.
