We are looking for volunteers to help judge on Friday nights for the 5 weeks of the CrossFit Open starting Friday, February 24th! This is HYPE's 3rd annual Friday Night Lights....and our first in our new location!
Depending on the length of the open workouts that are announced weekly, Friday Night Lights will be from 4pm until last heat.

Email us or talk to a coach if you are interested in judging. Again, if you are doing the open and also judging, we will have you go during the first heat. If you are unable to judge for all 5 weeks but are still interested in helping, please let us know – we would still appreciate your help!

Coach Matt will be heading up all aspects of the CrossFit Games Open this year! Open workouts are released every Thursday night at 8pm. After the WOD has been announced there will be an online sign-up sheet in which all members can sign up for their time slot prior to coming to the gym for Friday Night Lights. This is to ensure that all heats run on time. All members should show up to the gym 30-45 minutes prior to their scheduled heat and warm up in the designated warm up area. It is imperative that we run on time out of respect for our Open participants and ALL members. If you miss your pre scheduled heat time you will have to wait until there is an opening later in the evening.

The open is the best time of the year and we encourage everyone to sign up regardless of if its your 5th open or your 1st week of CrossFit!
