CrossFit StrongMan –
Leave the barbells behind and roll out the atlas stones, we want to apply our fitness to as many odd objects as possible. A popular mantra we live by in HYPE is to be prepared for whatever is put in front of us, so let us again apply that again and get busy on lifting awkward heavy items as quick and far as possible! We want to learn to get around difficult tasks as efficient as possible so whether it is a log, yoke, stone, chains, sled, or prowler plan on working hard AND smart. Classes are similar in format to our normal CrossFit classes with dynamic warm-ups, strength/skill work, and metcons focused on increasing our strength and capacity, but the items we use make the workouts MUCH more interesting.
