- Fundamentals/Intro to CrossFit is required if new to CrossFit. Private scheduling only and it is based around your schedule.

***( Rules for Open Gym / Lifting : Weightlifting room is always open during these hours with no interruption. In CrossFit gym, the class gets priority. If you are in need of squat rack and the class is going on, you may need to wait! Time your workouts appropriately.)

 

- Fit Camp : Not offered any more. We feel our CrossFit program is comprehensive enough for all and can be modified for ANY level of fitness by one of our coaches. Regardless of your level, we can make our program work for you.
