our most recommended programs for anyone beginning there journey, or wanting to improve, in Crossfit/functional fitness/olympic lifting that want to move better and become more fit.
These programs are, literally, for everyone.
All levels can benefit from having a trained coaches eye on you in a private session.
It is a way for us to get to know you as an athlete, and you get to know us as coaches.

New to fitness & Crossfit :
3 session in depth fundamentals - $150
*learn proper technique in squats, deadlifts, presses, pull-ups, rowing, cleans, snatches, jerks, pushups, and other bodyweight exercises
-a big investment to fitness to ensure you are on the right track, moving with great technique and confident in all exercises and intense workouts. Lead one-on-one with a coach.

veteran in the gym
have been squatting/deadlifting/presssing, but new to Crossfit. we have two advanced options:
-FOUR SESSION in depth advanced fundamental skill and weightlifting sessions - $220
covering clean n Jerk, snatch, overhead squats, deadlifts, squats
covering pullups, hand stands, muscle ups, ring work
-two session Advanced accelerated weightlifting and gymnastics fundamental sessions program - $120
Olympic Lifting fundamentals:
4 days going over snatch, clean n jerk, squats, pulls, and presses - $220
Gymnastics fundamentals
4 days going over pull-ups, hand stands, rope climbs, hand stand walks, muscle ups, and other bodyweight exercises - $220
