What functional fitness was intended to be.
When we first opened in Boca Raton there was 6 Crossfit gyms within 3 miles.
20 fitness facilities within the same distance.
we coined the phrase on our shirts “work harder” because that’s what we were going to do.
work harder than everyone around us to make sure the people of the surrounding area knew where to go if they wanted to do the same.
that was 2013.
I was 22 years old at the time. and I said we’re going to do this for real.
we knew we wanted to do it the right way. real training. pure environment. no scams.
seemed to make sense to us at the time. we are a facility to train at. to live in. to love. to grow with.
that’s it.
that is what we do.
