Rowing is as nasty as it gets.. And one of the hardest workouts to do well in... Is what we're getting in on today.. It doesn't have to be complex to be effective..
Higher volume squats today as well which is really new stimulus. Should be fun.
A.) 5x10 back squats @ 50% of max
B.) 2000 meter row - for time
An absolute max effort for this workout.
*** While others are rowing, work on a weakness during the off time before or after row. (Snatch tech, kipping, hand stands, etc.)
