Front squat max
Strength displayed in many ways. Might be in deadlifts , might be in bodyweight.. This performance in terms of difficulty is relative to a 4x bodyweight deadlift. Do the math, think of what it would take, and then add some time to what it would actually take. Unreal stuff here.

C.) side shuffle 50m + sprint 100m
