Chasity will be in here all day with us tomorrow repping her brand of awesome meal plan products. She'll have some goodies for you try as you explore the options Fresh has to offer.

Nutrition is huge within the total picture of what we do... We wouldn't have had the results we've had without following protocol of proper nutrition to be able to recover fully.

We need to make sure by the end of the day we're getting the proper amount protein/carbs/fats or else your results will be slow to come.. The better you eat, the faster the results.
