Deadlift (body weight)

Burpee over bar
In the 1st minute perform
1 deadlift + 1 burpee over bar
In the 2nd minute perform
2 deadlifts + 2 burpee over bar
3rd minute.... Etc...
Your workout ends when you cannot complete the reps within the minute
C.) 3 rounds - not for time
10 - one legged split squats
10 - one legged RDL
(^each leg for both)
10 - goblet good mornings
