The WOD programmed was to do 14.2 today.. BUT.. 14.2 was an OverHead Squat + Chest To Bar Pullup couplet. And we did chest to bar pullups on tuesday.. SO..
WOD -
A. - 10 min EMOM. 2 squat cleans @60-75%
B. - 14.2 style
3 min AMRAP
2 rounds-
10 Overhead Squat
10 Toes2Bar
(rest once completed until next 3 min amrap)
3 Min AMRAP
2 Rounds-
12 Overhead Squat
12 Toes2Bar
(rest once completed until next 3 min amrap)
3 Min AMRAP
2 Rounds-
14 Overhead Squat
14 Toes2Bar
...16 16..etc.... Workout continues in this form until you can not complete the 2 rounds within the allotted 3 mins.
