Now that 2014 CrossFit Games regionals workouts have been posted, we're going to revisit a few of last years.. starting with the worst. Just to make sure we're ready to tackle the brutalll workouts that have been programmed.. Bummed Regionals are taking place in Jacksonville this year.. Would have loved to bring everyone to watch and get a true sense of what CrossFit is all about.. There is so much more to what we do than just our HYPEfam that exists within our facility.

- Set Up for Workout
A.) Kipping Technique + Pistol Technique + Snatch Technique
B.) 2013 CrossFit Games Regionals Event 4 - The 100's - 25 min cap
100 Wall Balls 20/14 to a 10' target
100 Chest To Bar Pullups
100 Pistol Squats
100 Dumbell Snatches 70/55
That is about as tough as workout could get. The workout as read will be modified for the class. Allowing Partitioning! Well, kind of.. We're going to cut the workout in half and make it 2 rounds but there is still a 25 minute cap.
So it will be completed with same standards as -
50 DB Snatches
