-light warm up with bar for deadlift
A.) Set max on 1RM Deadlift
2x5 LIGHT and FAST reps
2x3 working up
2x2 working up
3x1 increasing for 1 rep max

Hopefully some of us approach the 1000lbs mark in our 1 rep max deadlifts
