This Saturday we are traveling to Daytona for the Florida State Weightlifting championships as Tara and Shane are competing. Should be a great event as we have been training very hard and everything is coming together all at the right moment.
With that said, this week is going to be a bit more structured. Ben is away for the week, Wodapalooza team qualifiers are this week, and since Tara is competing... we need to run classes like a finely tuned machine to cause the least amount of stress.
Show up early. Start on time. Listen to coaches because stress will be high and asses will be kicked. If our clock says 6:05 and you walk in the door... Go for a run and wait for the next class. Lift harder than you have before. Repeat.
