We've been right 4 weeks in a row with our gymnastic movements on deload day... Last week we worked on handstands. 2 weeks ago it was muscle ups. 3 weeks ago it was chest 2 bars etc... Now we're going out on a limb here, but each week has had a difficult gymnastics movement involved in the workout... And there's really only one difficult staple movement left.. The pistol SKWAT.
