15.5 aka "suicide".. It has been decided that there potentially isn't a workout that hurts more if you really want to get after it.. Be a savage and accept the hurt.. The pain is worth the glory!

Awesome open season. Thank you to all that joined. It was a great feeling having everyone there joining us in our first full open as cfHYPE.
Sunday 12-2pm WILL BE THE LAST TIME TO COMPLETE THE OPEN WORKOUT 15.5. NO OPEN ATTEMPTS DURING CLASS ON MONDAY.
The rower setup takes up too much space and it's time to get back to attacking our weaknesses for next year. If you want to do the open for a retry on Monday, you can set up a private session with any coach at our normal rate and we can bring you through it all. Potentially work on some oly form pre workout too so you can take advantage of the hour.
