These 3 chicks went for the regional standard and went all kinds of hard at 5pm. Was amped on the effort and really enjoyed this workout.

A.) Deadlift 

5x5 @ 70%

50 burpees

Max Snatch (for weight)

After deadlifts we will work on snatch form and have an idea of what weight you will hit within your workout. You should push during your burpees to leave yourself with 2-4 attempts at a max lift. This will be very similar to open workout 15.1/a.
