2015 regionals WOD 7 + added volume
1st week of regionals is through, but we still haven't seen all of the wods.
A small edit to our strength program as well.. Adding a bit more volume to our overall strength cycle is what I feel some of us hype veterans need to potentially break a slower strength curve.
