Stacking plates

 

Trying to simulating something similar to the sand bag move. Going to be much simpler and pretty much straight grunt work... Usually leads to a good workout.

Today's WOD

A.) snatch - 20 mins

Work up to a heavy single 

B.) CF games 2015 event 2

Males - 3x45lbs plates

Females - 2x25lbs 1x35lbs plate

-Start with plates in a stack.

-Run plates 1 by 1 to 50m mark.

-Once plates are stacked at 50m mark, run back to gym to complete 50 burpees.

-go and retrieve plates 1 by 1

-your time is completed once 3 plates are back to starting point.
