New cycle begins today.


Last one went out with a bang.


Trying new things leading us into wodapalooza. Intensity over volume for lifting, intensity with volume for metcons.


Today's WOD


A.) back squat - week 1 of 5


- heavy set of 10 -


Set 1 between : 60-70%


Set 2 : optional, if weight was light and manageable, go for 2nd set 2-5% heavier.


We are going to attempt a 10rm back squat 5 weeks in a row. In hopes of accomplishing a 80-90% back squat for a set of 10.


B.) 2 rounds - 13 min cap


6 bar muscle ups

10 burpee over bars

14 toes 2 bar

10 power snatch 115/75
