A.) back squat - week 1 of 5
- heavy set of 10 -
Set 1 between : 60-70%
Set 2 : optional, if weight was light and manageable, go for 2nd set 2-5% heavier.
We are going to attempt a 10rm back squat 5 weeks in a row. In hopes of accomplishing a 80-90% back squat for a set of 10.
