Pre 16.3 : damn this workout looks shitty.. Not enough weight on the snatch.. Too much dependence on the muscle up.. I can't EVEN DO those.. Damn this workout sucks..
Post 16.3 : BEST. WOD. EVER.
Super memorable workout. 5 first time muscle ups with roughly 5 people doing their first WOD ever with muscle ups in it .. The gym has been exploding with excitement for 3 days in a row.. 2 more weeks to go!
