A.) speed/skill work

 

10 lateral jumps x 5 sets

10 - 1 leg tuck jumps

10 - 1 leg reach jumps

50 - hand stand shoulder taps

 

B.) 16 min AMRAP

 

12 jerks 135/95

8 reverse burpees

6 muscle ups

2 wall walks

 

 

 

The WOD is slower, focus on unbroken-ness.
