Our time to throw some heavy deads around.. It's been a while.

 

Today's WOD

 

A.) deadlift

 

5-5-5

 

B.) 10 min cap

 

150 double unders

25 strict hand stand pushups

100 double unders

20 strict hspu

50 double unders

15 strict hspu

 

I encourage all to get upside down and attempt strict hspu, modify with multiple abmats if you are unable to do RX
