A.) overhead EMOM - score is max weight lifted from each lift.

 

Minutes 1-5 : 1 strict press

 

Minutes 6-10 : 3 push press

 

Minutes 11-15 : 5 push jerks

 

 

Start each series of presses at roughly 70% of your max. Take jumps accordingly attempting to hit makes every minute without failing a set but also achieving a high a total.
