THE PRESSURE IS ON. In similar form to a weightlifting meet, you only get 3 attempts. So open relatively high on your first attempt compared to your max, but not so high that you don't make any lifts. Execution is key! You are not allowed to take weight off, you can only go UP once the clock has started.
