The REAL, EVIL Halloween workout isn't until tomorrow.. But today has some significance.. Because its simple and stupid ..and I expect none of you to show up.

A.) Power clean + Hi hang power clean
(1+1) x 5 @ 65-70%
Starting to gain some consistency in our lifts!
B.) Hand Stand Hold work.
On wall and attempting to do it free standing.
C.) Real life.
100 burpees for time.
If you're going to be late to class.. TODAY'S THE DAY!
This is a worthwhile benchmark though.. And I say that so you can get an actual 'per minute' count on your burpees ..so when you see a workout of 50 or so burpees in the middle of a wod, you have a pace in your mind that you know is achievable.
Here are some of our young dudes ripping muscle ups. Imagine the head start they have by gaining the ability to do muscle ups at 13 and 11 years old.. Going to be monsters in a few years.
