Our Backbone

Fundamentals class these past two weeks have been awesome. Ladies had their pick on which radio station to jam to then got busy with "grace" for their graduation workout followed by a core shredder. Awesome work ladies and excited for next weeks new fundamentals course to start!

Fundamentals course is the backbone of our operation to ensure we produce perfect movement patterns as our members are a resemblance of our teachings! Perfect form THEN, and only then, intensity.
