Wednesdays have almost always been a transitional day in the week for us and we have always focused heavily on low impact, gymnastics movement. Today we are following suit and getting gymnasty.

1 Max effort Hand Stand Walk.

we'll have a marker ready for you to place on ground and measuring tape ready to measure. Furthest attempt is score.
