Crushed the climbs, now time to go heavy and fast.

climbing into the sunset was unreal tonight. People killed the climbs all day.

 

todays WOD - 

warmUp

3 strict toes 2 bat

6 lunges (pause each leg to stretch) 

9 banded windmills

12 knees to chest

 

- foam roll posteriors

 

a.) set 5RM Deadlift

b.) 5 rounds - 

400m sprint

(each run should be done at 90% capacity. 90% capacity = fast as hell. Score = slowest 400m run)
