Revisiting our main-bish
So now that we have prepped with some hi rep clean n jerks. Some heavy clean n jerks. Upped our Deadlifts. Upped our front squats. It is now time to revisit a benchmark.. I know our posterior is probably smoked from yesterdays deadlifts, but a solid warmup and we should all be good for today.
