It's truly awesome to be a part of coaching on both sides of the client spectrum. Clients who have never touched a barbell in their life, to clients who are equals in our profession (coach at a fairly local gym) and live to lift as much we do. We tuned up some technique flaws 6 weeks ago and he has visited us for 4 #WeightliftingWednesday's and boom, 25# PR and hit a 300# clean easily. Has PR'd his snatch 5# every week he's been in here as well. Once again, it's dedication to perfection + hardasswork. Nice work buddy.
