Most people think running is simply walking faster than they currently are doing so.. or just walk out the door and ready set go faster. To compare running to any other sport, there is a wrong way AND a right way to do things...  even with running. running as a sport has one of the higher injury rates respectively compared to others and this is in most part due to improper technique.. so watch the brief video to get an understanding and i will post more as time progresses. i would love to have all of our members not only lifting like an Olympians, but running like them as well.. The pursuit of perfection folks.. Should be interesting today and really cap off total body soreness..
