Today we put a stop to our 1 day streak of straight endurance, and lift some heaveh-ass weight.

All reps at 90% of max. NO PR ATTEMPTS AND NO FAILED REPS. Good clean heavy reps.

SCALE THIS WOD APPROPRIATELY DUE TO FATIGUE FROM WEEK. Lots of deadlifts. Make sure posterior is feeling ok. Make these reps light and fast.
