PM sessions went down tonight. It's so inspiring to see people that are really starting to get the sense of what Crossfit is all about and why we do what we do. Hands down this has been our best week in the gym.. Not just in new faces inside the gym, but in people's efforts toward the wod, as well as people's effort towards helping others push to the next level. We are not in this alone..
